I would like to become a Inspire authorized Gold Dealer.I understand that my obligations as a gold dealer will be to: 

1. 1 Place a mandatory initial purchase order for my buy-in as a Gold Dealer composed of one demonstration unit and units for sales.
2. Maintain a demo system at all times in an on-site demo facility and ensure it is available for customer demos during normal business hours;
3. Ensure that our demo staffs are trained on using and effectively demonstrating the features and capabilities of all the products;
4. Promote all the products for which Inspire is authorised as per product pricing and marketing guidelines on website, catalogue, marketing materials, or at tradeshows;
5. Order products in minimum quantities stated in the Inspire Gold Dealer Program and maintain the quarterly run rate as agreed upon with my sales account manager.
6. Provide Matrox with sales forecast and sales reports as requested; 

I have read these terms. I understand that submitting this application does not grant me authorization. A sales account manager of Inspire will contact me to provide feedback on my application to become a Inspire Gold Dealer.
